We always onboard on a Friday (prior to advertised start date) so that you have all the information prior to the weekend. This gives you time to plan over the weekend for getting started with lifestyle changes on the following Monday. Just reach out for clarity on this if you are still unsure.
You will have access to 3 sessions each week. Two of these at a time that suits your schedule from our full timetable, whilst also attending our 6-Week Programme specific Small Group session on a Wednesday at 1930.
If you can't attend the Wednesday evening don't worry. We will give you an additional credit to use elsewhere in the week but do encourage those in the 'Programme' to try and make this group session.
Yes. A big part of the programme and the onboarding masterclass will cover nutrition to ensure you can get the best result possible whether your goal is fat-loss or muscle building. We will then drip feed additional nutritional information as the weeks go on to ensure it can be implemented at the right pace. One step at a time..
The benefit of small group training led by awesome personal trainers is that we meet you at your level. Yes, we will challenge you but challenge you at your level and encourage you to keep improving.
We certainly can. This is why we offer the one specific session every wednesday so that this is a session you can attend knowing it’s just the people on the course attending. It’s a great way to build confidence before (if you have anxiety) attending the other sessions.
Don’t worry. Our 6-Week Programme is designed to make lifestyle changes and that means dealing with everyday occurrences which might mean you can’t always be optimal. Not only do we provide you with home-workout routines for those occasions you can’t make it in but we also provide you with a balanced approach via our Habit Tracker.
Basically, one missed session doesn’t mean you won’t get results. This programme is about far more than just fat loss but about sustainable changes applicable for life.
We try not to compare our programmes to others. What we do is provide an evidence based approach, which means the information you get doesn’t change, unless the evidence does. Our programme is authentic and we will be dealing with you on a personal level ensuring each person has a tailored approach to applying the absolute knowledge bombs that will be provided.
You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to our What’s App private group. I will then personally accept that invite closer to the programme Onboarding Day (Friday before the advertised start date). Over the following 6-weeks you will then have complete access to me and my coaching team to ensure your result is guaranteed (which it is btw!)
Ideally, I prefer to speak to potential clients before they sign up to ensure they are a good fit for the programme and get an idea around commitment from them. We only take 12 people for each intake so I like to know it's a fit for you and us.
